    Position Overview

    As a Logistic Resources and Control Analyst, you will assist the Manager of Logistics Resources and Control in the planning and execution of new and current Warehouse Operations processes. You will also learn how all functions of the warehouse operate in order to identify inefficiencies and support new initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct in depth analysis of operations in order to identify root causes of inefficiencies within the warehouse.
    • Develop, track, and trend tools and create and analyze reports in order to determine possible solutions.
    • Assist in developing the plans to address issues and work with the senior management team to implement.
    • Responsible for maintaining established reports and supporting systems and processes already in use.
    • Support new and current initiatives from an analytical standpoint.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field is highly desired
    • One to two years of progressively responsible experience in a related operations management or analyst function
    • Two to three years of experience in supply chain or distribution center environment preferred.
    • Working knowledge of Distribution Center and Logistics Operations a plus.
    • Proficiency with personal computer operations
    • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
    • Ability to work effectively in a high energy and fast paced environment
