    Position Overview

    As the Marketing Administrator, you will support the independent retailer partners and Retail Services by implementing loyalty card marketing programs and developing and maintaining reports.  You will conduct analyses of existing and potential programs and service offerings to maximize sales and program participation.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists in the design and implementation of marketing programs and offers     
    • Manages and maintains ad group websites and social media accounts       
    • Develop and maintain reports for independent sales division to assist in targeted efforts to highlight sales opportunities for increasing sales       
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing participation rates. Coordinate targeted campaigns to capture missed opportunities utilizing multiple marketing channels
    • Develop a plan and research options for customer and sales requested retail programs. Evaluate competitive offerings and make recommendations to meet customer needs      
    • Inspects data to ensure accuracy. Identifies, investigates and reports data discrepancies and database problems to appropriate Information Systems specialists for resolution

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 years analytical or marketing experience; experience in merchandising, marketing, and/or sales preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication; time management skills, ability to react quickly to changing priorities; strong analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail, creative thinking and teamwork, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
